Delivery Terms

Delivery Information for European Countries

Shipping and handling fees are calculated by our system during the process of placing an order. They vary depending on your desired shipping destination and the total weight of the order.

Germany
McLaren Deutschland GmbH accepts only advance payment via bank transfer and all dispatches of products ordered on the e-store take place after receiving the full due amount for your order.
Estimated transit time within Germany is 2-3 working days from dispatch under normal conditions. McLaren Deutschland GmbH could not be held liable for delays caused by third parties or any unpredictable (force majeure) circumstances.

McLaren Deutschland GmbH can organize express shipments. Orders must be submitted and paid by 12 am for same day dispatch and delivery on the next working day. Express shipments can be executed from Monday to Thursday and on working days only. To organize an express shipment, please call our Multilanguage Support. Additional rates will apply so check out our Supplementary fees.

Switzerland

McLaren Deutschland GmbH offers daily deliveries to every address in Switzerland. All orders to Switzerland are subject to 40 Euro Import Documentation fee regardless of whether the Customer is a private person or a registered company. In addition all orders above 1000 Euro are subject to 55 Euro Export Documentation fee.
Goods imported from Germany in Switzerland are subject to local import duties and VAT at the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer (and not of McLaren Deutschland GmbH) to inform himself of the relevant local charges.

Norway

McLaren Deutschland GmbH offers deliveries to Norway twice a week. Orders to Norway above 1000 Euro are subject to 55 Euro Export Documentation fee.
Goods imported from Germany in Norway are subject to local import duties and VAT at the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer (and not of McLaren Deutschland GmbH) to inform himself of the relevant local charges.

Turkey

McLaren Deutschland GmbH online store can service orders to the following destinations/ zip codes:

Adana (zip code starting with 01)
Ankara (zip code starting with 06)
Bursa (zip code starting with 16)
Istanbul (zip code starting with 34)
Kars (zip code starting with 36)

McLaren Deutschland GmbH charges 45 Euro for issuing ATR certificate. All orders above 1000 Euro are subject to 55 Euro Export Documentation fee. Goods imported from Germany in Turkey are subject to local import duties and VAT at the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer (and not of McLaren Deutschland GmbH) to inform himself of the relevant local charges.

Croatia

McLaren Deutschland GmbH offers deliveries to Croatia 3 times a week. The charge of 25 Euro per shipment will apply for transit operation on Slovenian/ Croatian border. Orders to Croatia above 1000 Euro are subject to 55 Euro Export Documentation fee.
Goods imported from Germany in Croatia are subject to local import duties and VAT at the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer (and not of McLaren Deutschland GmbH) to inform himself of the relevant local charges.

Delivery Information for Non European Countires

McLaren Deutschland GmbH can organize shipment to ANY country in the world. Orders to PO boxes are not accepted. If you would like to have your products shipped to any location not listed above, please contact our Customer Service department at customer.service@mclareneurope.com for further assistance or call our Multilanguage support.

McLaren Deutschland GmbH offers international deliveries using ocean, land or air fright upon customer request. To get the most competitive package please contact our Multilanguage Support or email us at customer.service@mclareneurope.com

International customers are responsible for custom clearance of the goods in their countries. We strongly recommend informing yourself of the required documents and applicable duty taxes and fees for the ordered products. McLaren Deutschland GmbH. would not accept back goods made more expensive due to local taxes and duties.

Organizing the export and transportation of the returning goods is a responsibility of the customer who sends the goods back regardless of the reason. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy page.

All orders above 1000 Euro are subject to Export Documentation fee of 55 Euro.

Shipping Policy and Shipping Risk

Any loss or damage to products that occurs during transportation by a carrier selected by McLaren is McLaren’s responsibility. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to your designated shipping address.

Shipping route and means of transport are subject to our discretion. McLaren disclaims any liability thereof.

For any orders picked up by you directly from our logistics distribution center or shipped with a customer-selected carrier, risk of loss or damage and title for such products shall pass to you upon delivery to you or your carrier.

McLaren disclaims any liability for delay of delivery resulting from third party, incomplete or inaccurate destination address provided by the customer or other circumstances beyond the scope of control (force majeure). Re-consignment charge may apply.

Pick up Procedure

For shipments within Germany: Upon placing an order you have the option to arrange pickup directly from our logistics warehouse.

A Pickup Fee of 15 Euro per order applies for standard packaging. Check out other Supplementary Fees that may apply and follow the procedure below

Step 1. Contact McLaren Customer Service to arrange the date and time of pick up.

Step 2. Arrange pick up with your forwarder from the following warehouse address:

Working Time: Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm

Step 3. 24 hours prior to pick up provide McLaren with the following information:

• License Plate Number of the pickup vehicle

• Name of the person who picks up the goods or company name of the forwarder executing the pickup.

Step 4. Once at the warehouse provide the invoice number for your order (i.e. MCLDE206)or proforma invoice (i.e. ESTDE206) or packing list.

Note that goods are released from our warehouse only after McLaren Deutschland GmbH receives the full due amount for the order in its bank account.

Pick up procedure for International Customers

International customers who would like to pick up and export goods outside Germany agree to the following condition:
McLaren Deutschland GmbH applies a VAT tax of 19% on the whole order. This amount is returned to the Customer’s bank account only after the customer sends us a copy of the export documents by email and the original export documents by post.

International customers from EU member countries should be VAT registered to be eligible for VAT return after sending export documents.

If you export by ocean or air freight with your own forwarder you need to provide us with the relevant proof of export.

The pickup procedure for international customers is the same as for customers in Germany (Step 1 - 4 above).

Supplementary Fees

Fees Description Amount
Customer Pickup Fee Applies when the customer picks up the goods from our warehouse or uses their own carrier to ship the goods from our warehouse. 15 EUR
Order Cancellation Charge Applies when the customer cancels an order after it has been submitted to our warehouse for shipping but prior to actual shipment of the goods. 25 EUR
Restocking Charge Applies when the customer cancels an order that has already been shipped out. The charge will vary on a case by case basis and will constitute of the sum of outbound shipping charges, inbound shipping charges (return) and restocking fee equal to 15% of order value. Freight + 15%
Order Modification Charge Applies when the customer modifies an order that has been submitted to the warehouse but prior to actual shipment of the goods. Changes including but not limited to order content, volume or destination address are considered order modifications. 30 EUR
Re-consignment charge Applies when the customer needs to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped out. This charge will vary depending on the new destination address. Please contact our Customer Service department at customer.service@mclareneurope.com for details. Case by Case
Re-delivery Charge Applies when the customer is not available at the destination address to receive the shipment upon delivery by our carrier. Case by Case
Customer Pick-up Storage Charge Applies when the customer requests customer pick-up and fails to pick-up their order from our warehouse or from a carrier terminal within the allocated pick-up window. 25 EUR/day
Express Shipments for Germany McLaren Deutschland GmbH accepts express shipments (same day dispatch) for Germany only and if arranged by telephone in advance. Order must be submitted by 12 am from Monday to Thursday. Express Shipment Fee is 55 Euro. 55 Euro
Import Documentation fee All orders to Switzerland are subject to 40 Euro Import Documentation fee regardless of whether the Customer is a private person or a registered company. 40 Euro
Export Documentation Fee All orders above 1000 Euro that should be delivered outside the EU are subject to 55 Euro Export Documentation fee. 55 Euro
ATR Certificate For clients from Turkey, McLaren Deutschland GmbH can issue an ATR Certificate for the amount of 45 Euro. 45 Euro
